Your newspaper needs to be more informative, and stop covering up the scary history of the Pledge of Allegiance (and its original straight-arm salute and its National Socialist author), and stop covering up for the National Socialist German Workers' Party. The public needs to know.

Your newspaper’s search engine indicates NO results EVER for any of your writers or editors ever having informed the public of the actual name of the monstrous party, the "National Socialist German Workers' Party." In comparison your newspaper’s search engine indicates the stereotypical hackneyed use of the shorthand.

Of course, a common journalistic practice is that whenever an abbreviation or shorthand is desired, the full phrase should be spelled out first with the shorthand given in parentheses and then repeated thereafter. Here is an example: "The National Socialist German Workers' Party (Nazi Party) was horrid." Or "Nazis (National Socialist German Workers Party members) are horrid." Thereafter the shorthand can be used alone within the article. Your newspaper does not follow that practice and gives no explanation as to why.

That type of writing bias inspired the "Not say Nazi" movement via people who pledge to never say or write the abbreviation and to always use the full phrase, in an effort to counter-act the rampant ignorance of journalists, and the ignorance they spread to the general public.

A newspaper representative said "....everyone knows them as Nazis. We seldom see USSR as the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, either."

That reader’s rep forgot to check that newspaper’s web search, which indicated multiple pages of examples of the use of "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics." So why the inconsistency regarding "National Socialist German Workers' Party"? On top of that, the search engine indicated comparatively few uses of "USSR." Again, there was no explanation.

The same ignorance is growing for the USSR and for the same reasons, including that the media often fails to use the actual name of the country, which no longer exists. Research indicates that the ignorance is not as bad concerning the USSR, however, as the media falls into the same laziness, the problem will grow, as with "Nazi." That would also be another splendid and amusing aspect of the story idea above about the rampant ignorance. It could even be one of those hilarious man on the street interviews where you print the absurd answers to the question "where did the word 'Nazi' come from?" though the sad fact is that the ignorance is so rampant most people would have no idea what you were getting at, as compared with "What do the letters 'USSR' stand for?" That would be hilarious also.

The search above can be replicated on any date by comparing the Google search results for "Nazi" with the search results for the full phrase "National Socialist German Workers' Party."  For example, a recent search on a random date gave 5,740 uses of "Nazi" and only 3 uses of the full phrase.

In comparison to the above, Google news indicates that on the same random date as above, the abbreviation "U.S.S.R." gave 486 uses and the full phrase "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics" gave 103 uses.

The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics killed 62 million people, three times as many millions of people as did the National Socialist German Workers' Party (21 million). However, any Google news search on any date will show similar results to the random date above: that the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics is referenced 486 times, or one-twelfth the number of times (5,740) of the National Socialist German Workers' Party.  The use of the full phrase "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics" is once in every five uses of the abbreviation "U.S.S.R."  The use of the full phrase "National Socialist German Workers' Party" is once in every 1900 uses of the abbreviation "Nazi."

The N-words "Nazi, Nazis, Nazism" began as shorthand references to the National Socialist German Workers' Party (and its leader Adolf Hitler) and their socialist dogma. Today, the terms produce ignorance about the deadly dogma of racism, segregation, and socialism that was influenced by socialists in the United States, including Edward Bellamy (author of "Looking Backward") and Francis Bellamy (author of the "Pledge Of Allegiance"). http://rexcurry.net/nazi%20salute%209b.jpg

Secrets exposing Nazism and ties to the USA are revealed here from the work of the historian Dr. Rex Curry.

The dogma resulted in lynchings, genocide and the socialist Wholecaust (of which the Holocaust was a part): 20 million slaughtered under the National Socialist German Workers' Party; 50 million slaughtered under the Peoples' Republic of China; 60 million slaughtered under the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

An example of a hat worn by members of the movement is at
http://rexcurry.net/N_word_N-word_Nword_abolishthenword_banthenword_abolish_ban.gif

Known as the "Not Say Nazi" movement, NSN seeks to replace the misleading acronym "Nazi" with its full phrase "National Socialist German Workers' Party" in order to end rampant ignorance about the deceitful abbreviation and about the monstrous Party. http://rexcurry.net/book1a1contents-swastika.html

The web site referenced above originated the "Not Say Nazi" (NSN) phrase, and the linguistic trademark of never using the word "Nazi" and instead using the full phrase "National Socialist German Workers' Party."  At the time of this writing, that web site is still identified in searches of the web and/or newsgroups as the originator of the linguistic trademark and as the originator of phrases such as "do not use the word Nazi" and "do not say the word Nazi" and "bury the word Nazi" and "never say Nazi" in this fashion. That web sit was even the first website to use the phrase "linguistic trademark" in usenet newsgroups.

The movement was started by a free lance journalist with a degree in journalism.  The proper linguistic practice in journalism is for an organization to be identified by it's full name and then parenthetically identified with an abbreviation, if desired to be used thereafter.  That practice is not followed for "Nazi."  For more on that misleading practice see http://rexcurry.net/swastikamedia.html

NSN exposes overuse of the abbreviation "Nazi," and non-use of the full phrase "National Socialist German Workers' Party" in journalism and by the general public.

Socialism has a deservedly bad reputation, and the National Socialist German Workers Party shares blame as part of the socialist trio of atrocities. http://rexcurry.net/socialists.jpg

The media and the government schools rehabilitated socialism’s deservedly bad reputation by overusing the abbreviation "Nazi" and other words to avoid the full phrase. The media and the government schools are now victims of their own coverup and they have joined the masses in forgetting "National Socialist German Workers’ Party."
http://rexcurry.net/swastikamain.html

They also do not know that the early salute to the U.S. flag in the Pledge Of Allegiance was created for government schools (socialist schools) by a socialist and that it was the origin of the salute adopted later by the National Socialist German Workers' Party. See the picture at http://www.cafeshops.com/rexy.9216669

A T-shirt worn by members of the movement is at
http://rexcurry.net/N_word_N-word_Nword_abolishthenword_banthenword_abolish_ban2.gif

They also do not know that the swastika, although an ancient symbol, was used under the National Socialist German Workers Party as overlapping S-letters for their "socialism." http://rexcurry.net/book1a1contents-swastika.html

The historical discoveries were made by the noted historian Dr. Rex Curry (author of "Swastika Secrets").

The NSN movement is also affectionately known as "Not Say, Not See" after a famous poem at http://rexcurry.net/swastikapoem.html

The poem was penned because people don't see the full phrase "National Socialist German Workers' Party" and do not know that the Party was the so-called "Nazi Party."  The NSN movement exposes the media's de facto policy to "not see, not say" Nazi etymology.

The full phrase "National Socialist German Workers' Party" is considered a loophole in Godwin's Law http://rexcurry.net/godwin.html

In addition to the full phrase "National Socialist German Workers’ Party," NSN encourages the use of "National Socialists" or "Nazi Socialists" for speaking and writing about the horrid Party.  Even NSGWP is a better abbreviation, or NSDAP for the German “Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei.”

NSN also advocates that speakers should avoid using the name of the leader of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, and that speakers should instead make a practice of referring to him as "the (monstrous, horrid, etc) leader of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party."  Afterall, he was merely a man, and it was the socialist ideology that mobilized and terrorized so many.  His name is another way in which the media (and now the general population) avoids naming his ideology and try to hide his position with the socialist trio of atrocities. http://rexcurry.net/socialists.jpg

NSN also advocates that speakers should avoid using the words "fascism" and "fascist" as they are also used by the media and by government schools to prenvent identification of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party.  If the two words are used to refer to the National Socialist German Workers Party then they should  be identified as the National Socialist German Workers' Party thereafter.

Whenever the word “Nazi” is mentioned, ask the speaker if he/she knows it’s etymological origin.  If not, explain it and encourage him/her to stop saying “Nazi” and to use the full phrase.

If "Nazi" is used in the media or in a government school, please phone or write the speaker and tell him/her to stop the hackneyed practice, and ask him to follow the linguistic pattern of using “National Socialist German Workers’ Party.”

A recent search for pages that contained the word "fascism" revealed 639,000 web hits, and 292,000 group hits. A search for pages that contained both the phrase "National Socialist German Workers’ Party" and "fascism" revealed only 1,340 web hits, and 1,280 group hits.  A search for pages that contained both the phrase "National Socialist German Workers’ Party" and "fascist" and "nazi" revealed only 1,210 web hits, and 1,140 group hits.

The goal of NSN is to reverse those numbers.

A search of the web for “do not say Nazi” returned no results when this article was written.  A web-search for the phrase "don't say nazi" revealed six results, each stereotypically urging that the word "Nazi" should not be used as a common insult. Not a single web-search result expressed the issue exposed by the "Not Say Nazi" (NSN) campaign.  http://rexcurry.net is proud to be the originator of the NSN movement and it's concepts.
